So, what inspires your passion about Northern Michigan?  Maybe its the ink black sky over Charlevoix Wednesday, dotted with brilliant stars beckoning spring….or the wind whipping across the still frozen waters covered in snow…or that little place along the road you always wondered what would happen if you just stopped the car, got out and walked through the door.  For so many people, this is a place of warm memories of family, sunshine, snow and skiing, tubing and waterskiing, jumping on the boat or laying around on the dock.  Maybe its all the summer friends from Indiana, Detroit and Chicago you only got to see at “the lake” , the new friends from Texas, or the laughter all around at Piersons with coats and gloves tossed and redcheeked grins on everyones faces.  Smokey fireplaces, birds and bears, a walk out on the pier in Harbor to the smell of hot rafters in the cottage,  We hope you will capture the moment and share it with our readers and make a little history of your own.
